At Ghalmareychak, we strive to provide exceptional workshop experiences. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established this Return Policy to address cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds fairly and transparently.

1. Workshop Cancellation by Participant

1.1 Cancellation Timeline

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is based on the notice provided before your scheduled workshop:

14+ days before workshop: Full refund of the workshop fee
7-13 days before workshop: 75% refund of the workshop fee
3-6 days before workshop: 50% refund of the workshop fee
Less than 3 days before workshop: No refund (credit may be issued at our discretion)

1.2 How to Cancel

Please include your name, the workshop date, and your reason for cancellation (optional). Cancellation requests will be processed within 2 business days.

2. Rescheduling

2.1 Participant-Initiated Rescheduling

We offer flexible rescheduling options to accommodate your changing schedule:

7+ days before workshop: One free reschedule to any available future date within 90 days
3-6 days before workshop: Reschedule subject to $15 administrative fee
Less than 3 days before workshop: Rescheduling not guaranteed; subject to availability and fees

Rescheduled workshops must be used within 90 days of the original workshop date. Second reschedule requests may be subject to additional fees.

2.2 Business-Initiated Rescheduling

In rare circumstances, we may need to reschedule a workshop due to:

Instructor illness or emergency
Insufficient enrollment to proceed
Facility issues or safety concerns
Weather emergencies or force majeure events

If we reschedule a workshop, you will have the option to attend the rescheduled date, transfer to another workshop, receive full store credit, or request a full refund.

3. Workshop Cancellation by Ghalmareychak

3.1 Notification

If we must cancel a workshop, we will notify registered participants as soon as possible via email and phone. We aim to provide at least 48 hours notice when circumstances permit.

3.2 Refund Options

When we cancel a workshop, participants may choose:

Full Refund: 100% of the workshop fee returned to original payment method
Store Credit: Full value of the workshop fee plus 10% bonus credit
Transfer: Registration moved to same workshop on a future date
Different Workshop: Apply payment to a different workshop of equal or greater value

4. No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled workshop without prior notification:

No refund will be issued
The registration will be considered forfeited
Materials prepared for your participation may not be recoverable

We understand that emergencies happen. If an unforeseen circumstance prevents your attendance, please contact us as soon as possible. We review emergency situations on a case-by-case basis and may offer credit or rescheduling options.

5. Gift Certificates and Vouchers

5.1 Gift Certificate Returns

Gift certificates purchased from Ghalmareychak:

Are non-refundable once purchased
May be transferred to another person
Are valid for 12 months from purchase date
May be extended upon request (subject to approval)

5.2 Promotional Vouchers

Promotional vouchers and discount codes:

Cannot be exchanged for cash
May not be combined with other offers unless specified
Are subject to expiration dates as noted
Have no cash value if unused

6. Private Event Bookings

For private group bookings and corporate events, the following terms apply:

30+ days before event: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
15-29 days before event: 50% refund
Less than 15 days before event: No refund (event may be rescheduled within 6 months)

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking for private events.

7. Material Kits and Take-Home Supplies

Some workshops include material kits for continued practice at home:

Material kits included in workshop fees are non-refundable once delivered or collected
Separately purchased supply kits may be returned unopened within 14 days for store credit
Opened or used materials cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons

8. Refund Processing

8.1 Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed as follows:

Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
Debit card refunds: 5-10 business days to return to your account
Store credit: Issued immediately upon approval

8.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to find an alternative solution.

9. Disputes and Resolution

If you disagree with a refund decision or have concerns about our policies:

Contact us directly to discuss your situation
Provide any relevant documentation or circumstances
Allow up to 5 business days for review and response

We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and amicably. Our goal is to ensure every participant has a positive experience with Ghalmareychak.

10. Special Circumstances

We recognize that some situations require special consideration, including:

Medical emergencies with documentation
Military deployment or relocation
Natural disasters affecting travel
Bereavement

11. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The policy in effect at the time of your registration will apply to your booking.
